Q: How to Get a Sample for Quality Check?

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check the quality. Please note that the sample cost can be refund in next order if the order quantity is up to 50pcs.

Q: Do You Accept OEM or ODM Orders?

A: Yes. Our R&D team has rich experience in watch winder design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to complete the design and samples.

Q: How Long Can I Expect to Get the Sample?

A: Samples can be ready in 5- 7 days after payment received, we will ship the sample by Express company such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc... Usually it takes 3-7 days to arrive at your warehouse.

Q: What About the Lead Time for Mass Production?

A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 35 to 45 days. If you order from our stock, the lead time can be in 10 days after payment received.
